Teamviewer - How does it work?

Selecting the Download option, above, will download an .exe file to your PC. You should run this .exe to launch Teamviewer.

It will generate an ID and a password that you need to give to your 4Matrix Support representative. A control-box will appear in the bottom-right of your display to indicate that you are sharing your screen.

LogMeIn - How does it work?

Selecting the Download option, above, will download an .exe file to your PC. You should run this .exe to launch LogMeIn.

You will be prompted to enter a 6-digit ID which your 4Matrix Support representative will supply. A control-box will appear on your display to indicate that you are sharing your screen.

Teamviewer and/or LogMeIn won't open

Please ask your IT Dept. to unblock one or both of these applications so that we can provide remote support.
